Joint Venture Alberta Accountability Alliance and Indigenous Sovereignty in AB
Lacombe, Alberta - On this my 49th Birthday I Darrin Thompson ABAlliance co-founder and CFO am extremely proud and privileged to announce a joint venture for the Alberta Accountability Alliance and Indigenous Sovereignty in Alberta.
This Agreement is made on this day [2025-06-06]
It recognizes the Indigenous Peoples of Treaty Six and Seven,
as well as the Metis Peoples on this Land.
Alberta Accountability Alliance shall maintain and keep proper accounts of all fundraising transactions for the duration of the contract and provide regular amount updates via email.
Profits, Losses: It is agreed between both the Partners that after all expenses
(Printing, Shipping, Taxes, Online Payment and Administrative Costs)
Indigenous Sovereignty in Alberta will receive 50% of net profits from fundraising activities, which in the interim will be managed by Alberta Accountability Alliance CFO Darrin Thompson until a suitable replacement agreed upon by all parties is found.
These funds can be used for any initiative, event or request for support determined by Indigenous Sovereignty in Alberta.
